About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to support the needs of older adults in our care. As a member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will work closely with service users, their families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support service users with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Assist with meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry
  • Participate in care planning and review meetings
  • Communicate effectively with service users, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to a positive and respectful team environment

Requirements

  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
  • Commitment to providing exceptional care and support
