Survival Equipment Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Survival Equipment Maintenance Manager to join our team at Atlas Recruitment Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all Survival Equipment Maintenance activities for the Hawk Advanced Jet Trainer at RAF Valley.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain all Survival Equipment for the Hawk Advanced Jet Trainer
  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order and meets the required standards
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve any maintenance issues
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime

Requirements:

  • Experience in a Fitter position within a related engineering environment
  • Evidence of using a combination of general and specialist engineering knowledge and understanding to apply existing and emerging technology
  • Working knowledge and use of IT Operating Systems (MS Office Suite) and the Internet
  • Level 3 qualification in a relevant area
