Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-focused individual to manage the smooth operation of our freezing and storage processes. As part of our growing team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient use of our freezer facilities.

Key Responsibilities

This position involves:

  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate the storage and retrieval of stock in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Implementing and adhering to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the freezer area at all times.
  • Performing routine checks to ensure freezer temperature levels are within safe operating limits.
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and any discrepancies or issues that arise.

The successful candidate will have previous experience in freezer management, warehouse management, or a similar role within the food industry. They should also possess excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

The estimated salary for this role is £58,000 - £68,000 per annum, depending on experience.
