Senior Project Coordinator

About the Role:
As a Senior Project Manager at beBee Professionals, you will be responsible for leading complex projects in Bangor, UK. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Team Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate resources to meet project goals.
- Issue Resolution: Monitor project progress and resolve issues that arise during execution.
- Communication: Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
