Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Element Solutions Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing inventory control and analysis for our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, maintain accurate records, and implement processes for supply planning.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Regularly monitor and report on inventory levels, sales forecasts, and variances in demand.
  • Supply Chain Planning: Plan, manage, and control all stock and inventory checks, and implement processes for short-term and long-term supply planning.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations, and communicate potential stock shortages and excess stock.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze and track sales forecasts, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes to supply chain plans.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in an inventory management or supply chain role.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of inventory management principles, financial aspects related to inventory management, and analytical skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
