About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Rail Project Engineer to work on various transportation projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating work with other contractors and network rail. You will participate in engineering and development assurance activities to ensure schemes are affordable and meet programme requirements in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinating work with other contractors and network rail
  2. Participating in all engineering and development assurance activities
  3. Supporting engineering excellence by reviewing compliance with appropriate standards
  4. Using risk ID and evaluation methods
  5. Assuring preparation of full engineering assurance package
  6. Carrying out engineering verifications
  7. Managing engineering interfaces
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A sound understanding of Network Rail's requirements regarding the risk assessment process
  • Able to undertake the NR/L2/RSE/02009 role of Project Engineer (PE)
  • A sound understanding of Construction, Design, and Management (CDM) 2015 regulations & common safety method (CSM) 2013 regulations
What We Offer
