As Lead Clinician - Highly Specialist OT/SALT, you will be responsible for leading our Clinical Team and delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for our students who may present with complex profiles of need as a result of autism and other types of neurodivergence, developmental trauma and social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs.
You will work closely with the site to support the integration of the specific service in the day-to-day running of each provision, and contribute to staff training and consultation. The ideal candidate will have a recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Psychotherapy or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC, and a minimum of 3 years' experience working with Neurodivergent children.
In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including life assurance, pension scheme, and flexible benefit options. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities, as well as a comprehensive induction programme to ensure your success in this role.
