Graduate Education Support Worker

We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team in a specialist primary setting. As a key member of our team, you will provide 1:1 support to Key Stage 2 pupils with social, emotional and mental health difficulties, helping them build confidence and achieve their goals. In this role, you will work closely with experienced teachers and support staff to develop effective strategies for supporting pupils with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children with social, emotional and mental health difficulties and a desire to contribute to their development. Relevant experience in a special educational needs or care setting supporting children with additional needs is desirable, as is Level 2, 3 or 4 teaching assistant qualifications or a relevant degree honours. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential.
