Care and Education Provision Leader

Ruskin Mill Trust Limited is seeking an experienced individual to fill the role of Education, Health and Care Manager.
The purpose of this position is to oversee the education and care provision for students with complex needs, ensuring they receive the best possible support and training to achieve their goals outlined in their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our students. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective education and care plans, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team, and maintaining accurate records and reports on student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop and implement effective education and care plans for students with complex needs.
- To work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- To maintain accurate records and reports on student progress.
Requirements:
- A degree in a relevant field such as special educational needs or a related discipline.
- Experience working with children or young adults with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of £37,732 - £40,836 per annum.
- A 40-hour working week with 52 weeks per year.
