Job Description

This autonomous role involves collaborating closely with the Marketing and Business Development Manager to generate estimates and manage proposals, ranging from £500k to multi-million-pound contracts. Occasional site visits may be required, but most work will involve preparing compliant tenders and supporting the commercial and contracts departments from the office.



Key Responsibilities



  • Prepare estimates for PQQs, ITTs, pitches, and proposals

  • Create and manage budgets for tenders and projects

  • Quantify cladding work from engineering drawings

  • Liaise with commercial, procurement, and client teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:





  • Estimator or similar role experience

  • Background in construction or cladding

  • Commutable to London and the Southeast
