About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Receptionist to provide an exceptional service to our learners and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to general enquiries, supporting the Learner Services team, and ensuring a smooth admissions and enrolments process.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be comfortable supporting students, visitors, and colleagues, and have proficiency in Microsoft 365 and MIS systems.
