Customer Service Representative

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant at Lidl in Deutschland.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and requests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Efficiently manage deliveries, restocking shelves and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintaining the appearance of the store, including the bakery and non-food areas.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and store appearance.
