We are seeking an exceptional Senior HSE Advisor to join our Health, Safety, and Environment team for our CPC platform in Morecambe, offshore. As a key member of our HSE team, you will provide direct, sustainable, reliable HSE support, guidance, and challenge to operations.

In this role, you will be accountable for:

  1. Acting as an ambassador for Spirit Energy's Life Saving and House Rules and HSE Expectations, promoting a proactive and generative HSE culture through regular site visits and visible HSE leadership.
  2. Providing HSE training, system audits, and advice on HSE best practice to operational assets.
  3. Assisting the HSE Manager in monitoring and reporting HSE performance across operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  4. Delivering identified HSE improvement plans.
  5. Maintaining a positive safety culture across operational assets and behavioural modification tools.
  6. Maintaining emergency response plans for operational assets.
  7. Supporting regulatory compliance and contributing to required actions.
  8. Ensuring Safety Case requirements are met within operations and proposing modifications or changes to operational practices.
  9. Assisting in risk assessments for larger-scale work projects and providing location-specific advice.
  10. Communicating company expectations to relevant stakeholders and suppliers.
Job Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Significant experience in HSE or an operational/technical discipline in the oil and gas sector.
  • NEBOSH Certificate (minimum) or Diploma (preferred).
  • Current BOSIET, MIST, and Offshore Medical certificates.
  • Good knowledge of risk management, compliance, and emergency response routines.
  • A passion for HSE and commitment to Spirit Energy's values and vision.
Estimated Salary Range

£60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

This salary range is based on national averages and may vary depending on individual circumstances.
