We are seeking a highly skilled Senior KYC Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our client onboarding process, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless client take-on processes, maintaining accurate client records, and providing guidance and support to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Confirm KYC requirements and account opening needs for clients
  • Risk-assess cases for sanctions and PEPs
  • Oversee client take-on processes and maintain accurate client records
  • Approve service requests and provide guidance to junior team members
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have expertise in KYC, AML, and account opening, as well as knowledge of SIPPs, ISAs, Bonds, and Wrappers. You should also have experience working in a wealth or asset management firm and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
