Private Client Solicitor/Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor/Associate to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a range of private client matters, including estate planning, tax-efficient business structures, and wealth protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare complex wills and lifetime trusts for high net worth individuals and families
  • Assist with multi-generational estate planning and pre-sale planning
  • Provide advice on tax-efficient business structures and wealth protection
  • Administer estates and assist with deeds of variation
  • Assist with lasting powers of attorney, court of protection, and deputyship applications
  • Provide support to vulnerable dependants and elderly parents
  • Assist with will disputes and other private client matters
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years PQE in private client law
  • Experience in dealing with a range of private client matters
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong team work ethic and outgoing disposition
  • Drive, commitment, and self-motivation
  • Discretion and professionalism
