Private Client Solicitor/Associate Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor/Associate to join our team in Manchester. As a key member of our Private Client team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a range of private client matters, including estate planning, tax-efficient business structures, and wealth protection.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare complex wills and lifetime trusts
  • Assist with multi-generational estate planning
  • Provide tax-efficient business structures and wealth protection advice
  • Conduct pre-sale planning and estate administration
  • Prepare deeds of variation and lasting powers of attorney
  • Assist with court of protection and deputyship applications
  • Support vulnerable dependants and elderly parents
  • Advise on will disputes
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years PQE
  • Experience in dealing with a range of private client matters
  • Passion for helping clients
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong team work ethic
  • Outgoing disposition and 'can do' attitude
  • Drive, commitment, and self-motivation
