Learning Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Associate to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with students, teachers, and other support staff.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide academic and pastoral support to students in various age groups and abilities
- To work collaboratively with teachers to deliver high-quality learning experiences
- To develop and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
- A talent for engaging students and promoting a love of learning
- The ability to work flexibly across all age groups and abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The working hours for this post are 8:35am - 3:15pm, Monday to Friday, on a permanent contract starting as soon as possible. Term time only working 38 weeks per year.
Salary and Benefits:The estimated salary for this role is £18,562 - £19,264 per annum, depending on experience. This includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements. The salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year.
