Job Title: Executive Chef

Anchor is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at Eastlake in Godalming. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering a high-quality catering service that meets the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the catering team and ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Maintain compliance with food hygiene and health & safety standards.
  • Control kitchen stock, equipment, and resources within budget.
Requirements:
  • Intermediate or level 3 food hygiene certificate with Cater craft or similar award.
  • Health & safety procedures including control of substances harmful to health (COSHH) and food safety standards.
  • Proven chef and people management experience.
  • Basic knowledge of dietary requirements for older people and the impact of food types on medication.
  • Safe use of kitchen equipment including knives.
