We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Kingston. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational journey of young children and helping them develop into confident learners.

Your expertise in childcare and education will be invaluable in creating engaging lesson plans and delivering fun, interactive activities that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

Role Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality childcare and education to children aged 0-5 years
  2. Plan and implement effective educational programmes that meet the needs of our students
  3. Develop strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring open communication and collaboration

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must hold a relevant qualification such as NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education. We also require candidates to possess excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £98,500 per year, reflecting the importance we place on attracting talented individuals who can make a real difference in the lives of our students.
