About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as the Chief Executive Officer of Youth Moves Bristol. As the CEO, you will be responsible for leading the organization through an exciting period of growth and development, as we prepare to open our new state-of-the-art Youth Zone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the construction of the new Youth Zone and ensure a smooth transition to the new facility.
  • Lead a team of staff and volunteers to deliver a wide range of activities and services for young people in South Bristol and surrounding areas.
  • Develop and implement a robust funding plan to ensure the long-term sustainability of the organization.
  • Work with the Chairperson and Board to develop and implement the Youth Zone strategy and plan.
  • Establish a vision and inspire the team to deliver high-quality services and activities.
  • Collaborate with other service providers and community partners to generate added benefits for young people.
