Job Overview
Kennet Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Construction Management Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team in Hartlepool.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a variety of civils projects, including groundworks and highways/roads, with a strong pipeline of existing projects worth £50M.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the quantity surveying function on-site and off-site, ensuring accurate cost valuations and forecasting.
- To develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a quantity surveyor or construction manager.
- Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and cost management principles.
- Fantastic communication and project management skills.
What We Offer:
