The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, preferably in the manufacturing or engineering industry. A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong communication skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Review project specifications thoroughly, examining both 3D CAD files and 2D drawings to ensure clarity and comprehension.
  • Maintain communication with manufacturing partners to address any inquiries regarding project details and identify the most suitable production pathway.
  • Deliver quotations to clients, verifying mutual understanding to facilitate smooth order placement.
  • Generate purchase orders for factory transactions, manage client invoices, and update project management platforms accordingly.
  • Conduct pre-production audits to detect and rectify any concealed errors or discrepancies.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation outlining project requirements to streamline the production process.
  • Maintain ongoing correspondence with the factory to monitor progress, adhere to production timelines, and mitigate potential risks effectively.
  • Uphold adherence to ISO9001 quality standards while continuously seeking opportunities for enhancing service quality.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience.
