Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our Supported Living Services in the Trowbridge area. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in their local community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, including bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
* Support individuals to access and participate in their local community, including social events and activities.
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

* A full clean driving licence is required for this role.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Commitment to supporting individuals with learning disabilities to live independently and participate in their local community.
