Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team in Trowbridge. This role involves providing essential care and support to individuals, promoting their independence and well-being.

This is a full-time position with various shift patterns available, including days and evenings. The ideal candidate will be flexible and willing to work 2 or 3 shifts per week, including some weekends.

The salary for this role is £11.57 per hour, with additional enhancements for evening and weekend shifts at 50p per hour, and premium overtime rates at an additional £1 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care and support to individuals, tailoring their approach to meet each person's unique needs.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Maintaining accurate records of individual care plans and progress.
