Job Description:

We are looking for a Document Processing Specialist to join our team at our Core Group location in Gatwick. The ideal candidate will have experience in document processing, sales, and purchase order processing, with a strong focus on attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing documents, including sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices.
  • Verifying accuracy and completeness of documents.
  • Communicating with internal teams and external contractors to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
  • Coordinating with the accounts and finance team to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Providing administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
