Lead EMEA Presales Team

ClickJobs is seeking an exceptional presales leader to become the EMEA Director of Solution Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will develop, lead, and manage a world-class team across EMEA.

Requirements
  • BA/BS or equivalent education in Computer Science is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in building, leading, and managing a diverse EMEA presales team in a SaaS organization.
  • Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, middleware, and enterprise software.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively to a non-technical audience.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Solution Consultants / Solutions Architects (Presales) aligned with our EMEA business objectives.
  • Collaborate with EMEA Sales Leaders in planning, forecasting, running QBRs, presales coverage, enabling the region, and meeting revenue targets.
  • Attract, hire, develop, and retain top talent via coaching to grow a talented solution consulting organization.
  • Drive post-sales success in helping customers go live quickly and realize the value.
  • Effectively communicate business, technical, and architectural concepts to various audiences, including business users, developers, architects, IT operations professionals, and senior IT management.
  • Travel as needed and work flexible hours throughout the territory.
