Job Title:

Solution Architect (Financial Crime Detection Solutions Architect)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team at HoK Consulting - Technical Recruitment. The successful candidate will work closely with our clients to define their technology vision and strategy, driving digital transformation and innovation in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with leadership, product ownership, and engineering teams to develop technology strategies and roadmaps
  • Apply expertise in digital and broader architectural transformation, leveraging solutions to decompose monolithic systems and manage technical debt
  • Translate customer journeys into technical design, utilizing API and micro-service architecture techniques
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of enterprise-level software development and API-based integration, including Mulesoft and Kong
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and vendors
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in solution architecture, digital transformation, and API-based integration
  • Strong understanding of enterprise-level software development and micro-service architecture
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with technology concepts, roles, and terminology
  • Ability to work closely with application architects and modellers
Desirable Skills:
  • Consultancy or customer-facing experience in a software vendor or enterprise-scale services environment
  • Financial services domain knowledge with practical experience of mobilizing technology to meet market dynamics
