We are seeking an experienced and organised administrator to join our team as a Medical Secretary. This role will be based within the Breast Unit, providing administrative support to two Consultants in Breast Surgery.

Main Duties

The post holder will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Job Requirements
  • Good standard of education
  • Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology
  • Knowledge of CWS, WPAS, and MedSecs
  • Previous experience in a secretarial role within the NHS
  • RSA/OCR level III or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience
  • Experience of working in a hospital environment

Estimated salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
