Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a warm and welcoming experience, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Develop a thorough knowledge of our menu and make recommendations to customers to enhance their dining experience.
- Greet and serve food to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Assist the bar team in preparing drinks to meet customer expectations and specifications.
- Maintain a safe, legal, and clean environment in the front-of-house area, addressing any issues promptly and effectively.
