Global Quality Systems Manager Role Summary:

The Global Quality Systems Manager is a key member of the global quality organization at Indivior, responsible for establishing and driving a culture of quality within the company. This role will work closely with the Head of Quality Systems & Operational Excellence to develop and implement quality processes and systems that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality processes and systems that ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Provide training and coaching to employees on quality processes and systems.
  • Monitor and report on quality metrics and trends.
  • Identify and report compliance gaps and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in a life science or engineering.
  • Experience in establishing quality processes and systems in the pharmaceutical, biopharma or medical device industries.
  • Excellent working knowledge of CI tools and techniques.
  • Project Management experience or certification.
  • Green Belt Certified in Lean Six-Sigma.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to deliver concise written or oral summaries to senior management.
  • Ability to deliver effective presentations and updates.
  • Influencing skills in areas with no direct reporting authority.
