We're seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer to aid our client in delivering a critical new capability. This role requires security clearance prior to taking up the assignment.

Responsibilities:

  1. ">
  2. Work with a co-located team to deliver automated testing strategies;">
  3. Develop an automated test regime for unit/component testing, system testing, and system integration testing;">
  4. Collaborate with the software lead to develop an automated test framework and software simulator;">
  5. Identify test cases, write automated tests, and define the test plan;">
  6. Monitor and resolve defects, providing metrics to the management team;">

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • Proven experience in delivering automated test frameworks and scripts under C++;">
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Zephyr;">
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment with tight deadlines;">
  • Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift would be advantageous;">
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment;">

This is a contract position with a competitive daily rate of £450-£672 per day (inside IR35).
