The Recovery Hub is a pioneering innovation aimed at enhancing clinical support for our prisons and patient groups. As a Registered Professional, you will be an integral part of the Recovery Hub team, contributing your advanced clinical skills, leadership, knowledge, and passion for care.
The Recovery Hub team will provide advanced clinical services virtually and face-to-face to HMP Oakwood, HMP Brinsford, and HMP Featherstone. The team will consist of a Clinical Lead, Specialist SMS Nurses, NMPs, and Healthcare Assistants.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualised packages of care through comprehensive assessment and recovery planning.
- Communicate and work collaboratively with general practice teams across sites.
- Support the delivery of policy and procedures, and provide nurse education and leadership as required.
- Demonstrate all four pillars of advanced clinical practice.
