Electrical Systems Manager

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Systems Manager to join our team in Droitwich Spa. As an Electrical Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and commissioning of electrical systems for our clients' projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and client expectations.

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of electrical systems for our clients' projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and client expectations.
  • Work closely with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects that meet technical specifications and client expectations.
  • Apply proven abilities to electrical power elements to multiple projects, alone or as part of a multi-disciplined project team.
  • Develop comprehensive electrical designs, including wiring layouts, panel schematics, single-line diagrams, and power distribution plans.
  • Conduct engineering calculations for load requirements, voltage drop, short-circuit analysis, and power factor correction to ensure safe and efficient systems.
  • Utilize industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP) to create accurate and detailed technical drawings and ensure design consistency with project goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Substantial work experience in electrical engineering, preferably in a project-oriented environment such as construction, industrial, or renewable energy.
  • Certifications: PMP certification, APMG or Prince 2 qualification, 18th Edition qualification. Auto CAD experience/qualification
  • Advanced proficiency in electrical design software (e.g., Microsoft Office and Project, AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP) and strong understanding of electrical theory and systems.
