About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Dutch Speaking Sales and Service Advisor to join our team at AT Management. As an Inbound Sales & Service Advisor, you will be responsible for handling incoming sales inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Making and receiving calls to Customers to discuss existing broadband packages, booking appointments and up-selling.
  • Building rapport with your customers on the phone to maximise opportunities.
  • Engage customers in genuine, enjoyable conversations to understand their needs.
  • Through effective questioning, you will be able to understand customer needs to be able to deliver great service.
  • Update databases with customer details and your activity.

About You:

We are looking for a driven individual who is goal-oriented and enjoys delivering great customer service in a fast-paced environment. You will be result orientated and have a determined attitude to achieve your KPIs. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be committed and resilient, keen to learn and develop, and able to work as part of a team supporting colleagues where necessary.

Candidates with experience in sales, customer service, or a related field will be considered for this role. We are a Disability Confident Committed Employer and a recognised Menopause Workplace Employer. We offer a full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts available from 9am till 6:30pm and remote working options.
