Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Build to Rent Leasing Manager to join our team at Home Made. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our rental portfolio.

Responsibilities

Your primary focus will be on managing client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance, and developing tailored marketing strategies to drive awareness and demand for our clients' development sites. You will also be responsible for generating comprehensive reports, analyzing data, and providing actionable recommendations to senior management. Additionally, you will work closely with external stakeholders, including suppliers and contractors, to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize value for our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the sales funnel for each client account, continuously refining and optimizing processes to drive efficiency and increase conversion rates. You will also develop and execute marketing strategies, leveraging digital channels, advertising platforms, and other tactics to achieve optimal results.

You will provide project management support for key initiatives and special projects as needed, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes. Your expertise and dedication will play a crucial role in elevating our client relationships and driving business success in the dynamic BtR market.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3-4 years of experience in Real Estate (Sales, Lettings, or BTR)
  • A strong ability to assess market value and estimate rental values for client assets
  • Strategic account management skills and strong business acumen
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Project Management skills
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
