Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies to support professional development.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align training initiatives with strategic organisational goals.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions using data-driven insights, feedback, and performance metrics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training design and delivery, coaching, and project work, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A full, clean UK driving licence and willingness to travel are also essential requirements.

Estimated Salary: £38,500 - £42,000 per annum + benefits
