This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. You'll need to assess customer situations, identify solutions, and adapt our services accordingly.

A successful candidate will possess a customer-focused mindset, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to represent the organisation at court and evictions. Knowledge of the benefits system is an advantage.

A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential for this role, given the geographic scope of our services.

Salary details: Estimated salary: £35,315

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers, internal partners, and external agencies to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  2. Proactively engage with customers and partners to prevent debt occurrence or escalation.
  3. Implement debt recovery processes and procedures, ensuring timely and appropriate action.
  4. Represent the organisation at court and eviction proceedings.
