We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Operative to join our team at Willow Gardens Residential and Nursing Home in Liverpool. As the successful candidate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents and staff, while maintaining the overall presentation of the home and garden.

The ideal candidate should possess fundamental knowledge of health and safety protocols, including Legionella disease prevention. They should also have experience in recognizing and performing minor repairs, including basic plumbing skills and DIY experience.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for performing regular health and safety checks, coordinating maintenance activities with contractors, and ensuring that work is completed to a high standard. You will also have the opportunity to engage with our residents, their families, and colleagues to create a positive and supportive environment.
