Pathway Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Pathway Coordinator for Diabetic Eye Screening at Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust.
Key Responsibilities- Manage screening clinics, including booking appointments, coordinating schedules, and providing education to patients regarding the screening process and its importance in managing diabetes-related eye complications.
- Coordinate and manage appointments for pregnant individuals requiring diabetic eye screening, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Programme Manager and the Hospital Eye Services.
- Oversee the management and failsafe processes of clinics and appointments in our new Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) pathway, ensuring adherence to established protocols and standards.
- Provide failsafe cover during team members' annual leave to ensure continuity of services and maintain high standards of care.

Requirements- NVQ3
- Maths Grade 7 GCSE or C O'Level
- English Grade 7 GCSE or C O'Level
- Previous NHS experience with transferrable knowledge
- High standard of written and verbal communication skills
- High level of organisational skills
