Salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum

The Survey Data Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of survey data in offshore environments. This includes working with geophysical, hydrographic, and positioning data acquired during offshore survey operations. The successful candidate will develop and implement efficient data processing workflows, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and stay up-to-date with industry developments.

This position requires expertise in data processing software and systems commonly used in the marine and geophysical industries, along with the ability to work in remote offshore locations.

Requirements:

  • Experience in offshore data processing or a similar role
  • Proficiency with data processing software, including QINSy, CARIS, EIVA, Hypack, or similar platforms
  • Experience with geophysical and hydrographic data, including sonar, multi-beam, and sub-bottom profiler data
  • Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Surveying, Marine Science, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging offshore environment
