Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Professional to join our team in the Data Centres and Life Sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will establish processes, templates, and tools to monitor project performance, evaluate time, cost, and quality targets, and incorporate the impacts of risk, opportunities, and change in a controlled manner.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Evaluate project time, cost, and quality targets, applying governance controls as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
  2. Lead the evaluation of project risks, opportunities, and changes, and incorporate them into the project plan.
  3. Coordinate and lead planning sessions and workshops with clients and vendors to compile the master project/programme schedule.
  4. Act as the key point of contact to the client, overcoming delivery and commercial issues, and preparing formal and ad hoc reports.
  5. Create and/or work within a cost report, summarizing financials in an executive level dashboard.
  6. Understand change management principles, lead agreed change management process and workflow, providing a platform for adding/tracking/monitoring/approving change.
  7. Hold vendors accountable for required schedule updates and reporting to maintain timely and accurate updates of the master schedule.
Requirements

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in project controls coordination in all phases of the project lifecycle, including program, risk, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience in determining corrective actions or recommendations based on facts and figures.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6.
  • Strong time management skills, quick thinking, and ability to meet project deadlines.
