About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate healthcare professional to join our team in a diverse community setting. As a healthcare support worker or nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a secure environment, providing primary care and acute nursing services to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality healthcare services, including nurse-led clinics, administering medication and treatments, emergency response, triage, wound care, examinations, and referrals. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
