About the Role
Spectrum Community Health CIC is seeking a dedicated and passionate healthcare professional to join our team in a secure and community setting. As a healthcare support worker or nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, providing primary care and acute nursing services to our patients.
Main Responsibilities
As a healthcare professional in this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our patients, working in a multi-disciplinary team to provide nurse-led clinics, administering medication and treatments, and responding to emergencies. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through our comprehensive training and development programs.

Person Specification
To be successful in this role, you will need to have the right to work in the UK and have been a UK resident for the past 3 years. You will also need to have the necessary qualifications and experience to work as a healthcare support worker or nurse in a secure and community setting.
