We're looking for a skilled Customer Identity and Access Management Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of our Customer Identity and Access Management solutions. As a key member of our Digital Identity team, you'll be responsible for shaping best-in-breed Identity solutions that deliver measurable benefit to Bupa and our 32 million members worldwide. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and leading the implementation of CIAM strategies, frameworks, and solutions to manage customer identities and access securely. You'll architect, design, and oversee the implementation of CIAM systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance with industry standards and regulations. Additionally, you'll define and implement authentication, authorization, and identity lifecycle management processes for customers accessing various digital services. You'll also evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in CIAM and recommend solutions to enhance the overall security posture and user experience. To be successful in this role, you'll need experience with CIAM platforms and tools, proficiency in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-performance CIAM architectures, and familiarity with regulatory compliance standards related to customer data privacy. You'll also need experience in working with Agile/Scrum methodologies and a strong understanding of cloud security principles.
