Job Title: HR Advisor

Hays Human Resources is delighted to be representing a fast-paced manufacturing organization in the Wolverhampton area. We are seeking a personable and hard-working individual to join our Human Resources team on a permanent, full-time basis.

About the Role:
  • Assist the HR Manager and HR Director in ensuring a smooth and proactive running of the HR Service for the business.
  • Undertake a variety of HR Administration duties, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Provide an advisory service to the HR department and support with the management of HR casework.
  • Work in partnership with managers to help resolve and advise upon HR queries.
  • Provide relevant KPI information to those who request.
Requirements:
  • CIPD level 3/5 is desirable.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in a HR advisory role.
  • Demonstrable HR advisory experience.
  • Excellent team working skills and exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficient IT skills.

  • Ability to deal with and work with sensitive and confidential information.
