Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Analyse and resolve complex financial issues, ensuring accurate and timely resolution
• Develop and implement financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy
• Collaborate with the finance team to achieve organisational goals and objectives
• Utilise Xero and other financial software to manage financial data and maintain accurate records
• Provide exceptional support to staff and stakeholders, responding to finance-related enquiries in a timely and professional manner

About the Salary
This role offers a competitive salary of £28,626 - £34,544 per annum, pro-rata, plus London weighting if applicable. We also offer a range of benefits, including 22 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro rata), a day off for your birthday, and a 5% pension contribution.
