About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team at OMG HR Ltd T/As SENDirect. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their educational needs, working closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure each student reaches their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support to students with special educational needs, working closely with teachers to develop and implement personalized learning plans.
  • Assist teachers during lessons, leading small group interventions and providing additional support to students as needed.
  • Participate in whole-school CPD on Friday afternoons, focusing on areas such as cognition and learning, communication and interaction, social, emotional, and mental health, and physical and sensory needs.
  • Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social, emotional, and academic growth among students.
