Requirements:

  • Proven experience in telesales management or supervisory sales roles, particularly in B2B fast-paced environments.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating others.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Analytical mindset, interpreting sales data and making informed decisions.
  • Customer-focused, providing outstanding service.

Compensation: £45,000 per annum + benefits.
