C4S Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their engineering team. As an Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the creation, management, and release of technical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Design/Engineering team to manage administrative tasks, including documentation control and release.
  • Develop and maintain engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the MRP system, working closely with Engineering, Quality, and Value Stream departments.
  • Facilitate the review and release of controlled documents through internal change request procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
  • Prepare and place purchase orders.
  • Identify and suggest process improvements in document control.
  • Compile and present progress reports as required.
  • Assist with tender tasks and submission document preparation.
  • Ensure internal documents are up-to-date and follow up on outstanding information.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools for maintaining, updating, and creating departmental documents.
  • Familiarity with document control procedures in regulated environments.
  • Self-driven with the ability to meet project deadlines.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Capable of working independently and managing personal workload.
