Role Overview
A Senior Associate opportunity has arisen within our Education team in Cambridge. We are seeking an experienced Education Disputes Lawyer to join our growing practice, providing advice on education disputes matters involving SEN, Disability, SEND tribunal work on behalf of diverse clients including universities, colleges, and academies.

About the Role
This role offers a genuine work-life balance along with a quality caseload. As a Senior Associate, you will be expected to advise on all types of education disputes matters, manage files, and provide advocacy where required. You will also support the team on larger and more complex matters.

Requirements
We are looking for a Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE in handling their own caseload of education disputes and student issues work. A genuine passion for education law is essential, as well as a commitment to ensuring a strong work-life balance and flexibility for employees.

Benefits
Salary dependent on experience: ££80,000 - £110,000 per annum, plus benefits including Private Healthcare, Pension Scheme, agile working policy, Life Assurance, and more.
